My grandmother's maidon name was Annie Deignan (not sure if Deignan was spelt different). Looking for information about her Father. My Grandmother had a brother and sister. The brother was killed in a accident in Longford and the sister Im not sure if she went to a America or not.

Dear Jackie: Griffiths database on this site (search Townland Cloonyquin, Fuerty Parish, Co. Roscommon) lists a John Dignan as lessor and tenant of land there in 1857 or 1858. My relations sublet the same land.
