My Great Great grandparents were William Martin and Mary Kelly. On the death of his mother, their son Billy b. c.1870 was sent to live with his maternal family in Boyle. He became a tailor. He had a daughter Lily Wynne, who in 1940's and 50's was in correspondence with my grandmother, her cousin. Lily had at least two sons, Tom and Harry. The 1901 Census shows a Patrick Kelly aged 17, apprentice tailor, living near to Billy. This Kelly may be a relative. Any information on any of above much appreciated. Thanks, Jean Broderick. _________________ jean |
