Is ther a translation for town-name such as
Annagh Annaghmaconway, Annaghmaghera
Gortnaloughra, Gortlettera

I am looking for a map of the townships of the
Parish of Cloone ,Barony of Mohill in the county of
Leitrim.

Pat,
Gort means rushy field. There's a Gortloughra in Cork and in Kerry. Also called Gort-luachra. There's a Gortletteragh or Gortleitreach in Donegal and Leitrim. Meaning field of the wet hillside. Annagh or Anna or Anny means a marsh or watery place sometimes a cut-out bog. Annaghmacconway is MacConway's wet marsh and three can be found in Armagh, Leitrim and Tyrone. Looks like your people liked damp places.
