Philip Waldron was a Gaelic teacher who worked with Martin Gaughan since the early 1920s at Roscommon Vocational School until 1930s. He appears at the Feis in Westport in 1904 and was an adjudicator etc. through to the 1920s. Any information on Philip would be most helpful.

William - Since posting this I have also found out from reports of the 1903 Mayo Feis a Stella Waldron, Francis Waldron from Ballyhaunis and a Michael F. Waldron. They are not listed in the 1901 Leitrim- Roscommon census. So they must have moved to Ballyhaunis after 1901. |
